Relax and Flow Yoga Antiparos

Relax and Flow Yoga Antiparos

Paula’s free spirit shines through the moment you meet her.

Her love of nature in all of its manifestations is contagious!

Born in Argentina in 1983, yoga became part of Paula’s life at age 18.

She went on to explore trails throughout Latin America with the art project Latin American Pilgrimage (sound therapy and body movements).

Paula became an instructor at age 27. She has logged many hours of

training in both Argentina and Europe, and specializes in therapeutic

Hatha and Vinyasa styles of yoga. Today she leads yoga retreats in Italy and Spain, practicing yoga outdoors, in contact with nature, and leads both group and private therapeutic yoga in the Dolomites where she lives. She has a great passion for mountain sports. When she is not guiding or teaching yoga,

she spends all of her time rock climbing and ice climbing, as well as hiking with her dog Scott.

The perfect holiday for those seeking tranquillity, silence and union with self through yoga practice in harmony with nature.

The teacher

Our Location: Agios Georgios, Antiparos

Our lodge Oliaros is located close to a sandy beach in one of the most beautiful corners of the Island, the bay of Despotiko.

Agios Georgios offers peace and quiet, breathtaking views to Despotiko Island, beautiful sunsets, sandy beaches and a few restaurants. From Agios Georgios, you can navigate to the sea caves with the blue waters, either by daily boat service or by paddling with sea canoes.

Despotiko Island has numerous sandy and pebble beaches and a daily boat trip will amaze your senses. With many ongoing archaeological excavations it is also a place of great interest for people who want to get a taste of local history.

Antiparos

Antiparos or Oliaros (meaning wooden place) as it was called in ancient times is located in the centre of the Cycladic complex and in close distance (1 n.m) from Paros. An Island that maintains its traditional color and still remains unspoilt of mass tourism is waiting to be discovered.

The village (port) called “Kastro” owes its name to the ruins of a14th century castle located near the central square. Small shops with souvenirs and restaurants are located on the main street of the island and at the beach of the harbor, on the street leading to the village square with bars for a drink in the evening.

There are two banks on the island site and two travel agencies located by the port.
