It's official: The Rolling Stones in Lucca!

"The Rolling Stones in Lucca? Impossible, that's fantasy" .. said patron Mimmo d'Allessandro in January, as rumours were already going round ... It has always been his dream to bring the Rolling Stones to Lucca Summer Festival, and "sometimes dreams come true"- today it was announced that The Rolling Stones will play Lucca Summer Festival on 23rd September!

This year's edition of the Lucca Summer Festival is going to be legendary, for the first time in Lucca's history, the famous Lucca walls, landmark of the city, are going to host a musical event at their feet. In addition to the main stage on the field underneath the 'baluardo' there will be another one on the wall with 12 sky boxes, seating 20 spectators each. 55000 spectators are expected, tickets go for €100-€300 and are expected to sell out fast.
