This Christmas retreat is a good opportunity to let go what isn't any longer a contribution to your life and to start the new year with fresh energy and new chances. This will be a week of celebration. Embracing the dark with music, singing, poems, sitting at the fire place, meditation and good food.
During the days this region in Southern Spain is often sunny and light and we take the opportunity to bring this light into our lives. In the day time we will be with the horses who are a great support on our journey.
